Package labeled as 1 is the Jelly Spa and 2 is salt to melt the Jelly once the pedicure is complete.
How to use:
1. Fill pedicure bowl with warm to hot water. Depending on the size of your bowl, you may need more than one packet.
2. Pour contents of package labeled 1 into water.
3. Wait 5-10 mins for it to jellify. Stir occasionally to make sure that the jelly doesn't sink to the bottom of the bowl.
