SALON POLICIES

When booking an appointment, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit in order to secure your spot. The rest will be paid on appointment day after your service is over. While deposits are non-refundable, they are transferable if you find the need to reschedule your appointment. Be sure to call us at 910-333-9637 so that we can take care of that for you.

Please notify us if you are running late as there will be a $5 late fee added if you are 10 minutes late. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and deposit forfeited.

If you are unable to make your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

If you are unable to make your appointment and fail to contact us, we will be unable to schedule you for any future appointments and your deposit will be forfeited.

[UPDATE]: DUE TO COVID-19 WE ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY AND WILL NOT BE RECEIVING ANY WALK-INS.

Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments are strongly suggested to secure your spot and to cut down on your wait time. Walk-ins are only taken in between scheduled clients and on a first come, first serve basis.

**Please note: NO children are allowed in the salon unless receiving a service.
