Due to the nature of our products, all sales with Divine Designz Nail Salon are final. Please read descriptions carefully as we do not accept returns.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges may be made within two business days of receiving product and must be unopened and unused. Exchanges can be made in store at Divine Designz Cosmetics at 155 Brynn Marr Rd. Suite 100 Jacksonville, NC 28546. For all online exchanges, please email us at divinedesignz01@gmail.com and initiate the process. Please note that we do not accept exchanges on opened and used products.
